 In my role as Cleanroom Manager, I plan cleanroom production, oversee staff training, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. My tasks also include managing cleanroom personnel and supporting the company’s growth through the addition of new shifts and sites.

With over nine years at Meridian, I’ve worked my way up from operator to my current role, gaining a comprehensive understanding of cleanroom operations and standards along the way.

I thrive on teamwork and daily challenges, enjoying the opportunity to lead and improve production. Meridian has been a supportive environment for both my professional and personal growth, fostering a culture of understanding and camaraderie that makes it a pleasure to come to work every day.
